Q: How long does processing take?

A: Orders typically process in 1–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.


Q: How long is delivery?

A: U.S. delivery is usually 3–7 business days after shipment. International delivery times vary by destination and carrier.


Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes—free U.S. shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We do. Duties/taxes may be collected by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: What’s your return window?

A: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags/packaging. Final-sale items aren’t eligible.


Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: Reach us via our Contact page and include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange. We’ll reply with next steps.


Q: My item arrived damaged/incorrect—what now?

A: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll fix it fast.


Orders & Tracking

Q: Where’s my order confirmation?

A: Check your email (and spam). If you created an account, you can also view orders in My Account.


Q: Can I change the shipping address or cancel?

A: If your order hasn’t shipped, message us ASAP. We’ll do our best to help before it leaves the warehouse.


Q: How do I track my order?

A: A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.


Products, Sizing & Care

Q: How do your pieces fit?

A: Most items run true to size with a relaxed/boxy streetwear silhouette. Some product pages will note “runs small—size up.”


Q: Do you have a size guide?

A: Yes—see our Size Guide.


Q: How do I care for my items?

A: Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low. Don’t iron directly on prints/embroidery.


Payments & Promotions

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: Major cards and accelerated checkout options like Shop Pay / Apple Pay (availability may vary).


Q: Can I stack promo codes?

A: One code per order. Auto promos (e.g., cap bundles) apply at checkout when eligible.


Subscriptions / Preorders

Q: Is this a subscription?

A: No. All products are one-time purchases. If you ever see subscription language at checkout, that’s an error—please contact us.
